A delegation of the Nuclear Society of Poland visited the Chornobyl Center
On October 13, 2009, a delegation of the Nuclear Society of Poland under the leadership of Dr Marek Rabiński visited the Chornobyl Center.
Accompanied by Z. Vertkova, specialist of Information Department, the guests were familiarized with the Chornobyl Center’s activity.
When the delegation was visiting the International Radioecology Laboratory (IRL), B.Ia. Oskolkov, Head of Department of Industrial Ecology and Expertise, Ph.D. (Ukrainian title: Candidate) in Technical Sciences, gave an interview about a contemporary situation within the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, answered all the questions concerned and conducted an excursion in the IRL.
